Terms of Use

About These Terms

YTMP3 is operated by Kynix Labs. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be legally able to accept these terms. Our contact details are available on the Contact page.

Using the Converter

YTMP3 converts supported YouTube video links into MP3 audio files. You are responsible for the links you submit and how you use the downloaded files.

Respect copyright, applicable laws, and the source platform’s terms. Using YTMP3 does not give you permission to use someone else’s content.

To report a copyright concern, visit our Copyright Claims page.

Misuse and Access Restrictions

Do not bypass security checks, access another user’s private download links, impersonate others, or deliberately overload or disrupt the service. Automated bulk requests and resale of access require our prior written permission.

We may restrict access to prevent misuse, protect the service, or respond to legal obligations.

Service Availability

YTMP3 is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every video can be converted, that processing will finish within a specific time, or that downloads will have a particular audio quality.

Download links are temporary. If a link expires, you will need to convert the video again.

Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and liability for losses arising from using, or being unable to use, YTMP3.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Optional Support

YTMP3 is free to use. Contributions are optional, do not unlock downloads, and do not guarantee successful conversions.

Contributions are processed by a separate payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

YTMP3 is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. We do not control third-party services or the content available through them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use YTMP3.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms will appear on this page with an updated date.
